About Us

LCM Training Solutions Limited was designed for all clients and candidates who wanted better understanding in aspects of healthcare, whether it was work related or for personal use.  We cater for all ages and ethnic groups.  We provide a professional and friendly service and will accommodate all your needs.

LCM are a training company with a difference, although we provide healthcare training and hospitality training all our courses can be tailored to your individual requirements and our CQC Compliance and Home Care training are all provided on site at your venue. Our uniqueness is in the additional provision of occupational health screening. The screening is provided for those wishing to work in any avenue especially the national health services. We can provide immunisations, blood tests, lung function tests and most other screenings required in your chosen field. First Aid is a major consideration in any walk of life with this in mind we can provide first aid at work, paediatric first aid, anaphylaxis and CPR is in important in any environment. We can provide training at your premises or at our office using state of the art smart board and other facilities.

The company is owned by Michael Stent and has been expanded to a family run business.  Michael has 28 years of nursing experience and has been training for 15 years.  He is fully qualified and holds a  Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) certificate.

Our training and services both Mandatory and Bespoke are compliant with Buying Solutions requirements for the NHS, although initially the company was designed primarily for healthcare, we are now also diversifying into other industries.

All our staff are fully qualified and CRB checked.

We aim to provide a professional and friendly course which allow candidates and clients to feel relaxed while learning.
